How to use the Listen2Baby Toolkit
This toolkit shares the learning from Listen2Baby. It shares with you resources developed from examples of best practice collected during the research, which you may use in your own NHS organisation.
Start by finding out about the Toolkit and how it was developed. Then try the Fitness Check. The answers to these questions will assess your current situation and generate a short personalised report with suggestions of areas that you might focus on to improve IA practice in your unit.
Find out how to get access to the full Listen2Baby Toolkit. It’s free, but you will need to agree to our Terms of Use before getting full access to all our resources.
You will then be able to review the Implementation section and start thinking about what support you will need to make change happen. As a Listen2Baby Implementation Team, together you can plan where you will start, guided by your Fitness Check results. Remember that the Toolkit is a set of interlinked resources that need to be implemented as a package, not as a ‘Pick and Mix’. You will have to think carefully about what’s needed for sustainable change in your organisation.
