Maintaining Enthusiasm

Implementing and Sustaining Change

Introducing Listen2Baby may bring new ways of working to your unit and new practices in fetal heart monitoring. It's normal to fall back on old habits, especially under pressure, but lasting change requires effort and visible success. Examples like improved conversations with women, appropriate transfers from IA to CTG, or use of IA in new settings such as the delivery suite can serve as proof of progress.

The Listen2Baby toolkit includes templates to help record and share these successes. Enthusiasm and progress tracking will differ from place to place, so Listen2Baby will aim to share real-world examples from implementation sites to support and inspire teams elsewhere.
